  • 3 kglarge carapau fish
  • 2onion, chopped
  • 1carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1green pepper, chopped
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tbsprajah curry powder
  • 3bay leaves
  • 3medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoonsoil to also fry fish
  • 1 sachetbenny spice
  • 2 cupswater

  1. 1

    Clean carapau well pour minced garlic rub it well with pinch benny spice and fry

  2. 2

    In a pot fry onion, rajah, add tomatoes fry for 3 minutes

  3. 3

    Add potatoes with water and bay leaves when potatoes are tender add chopped green pepper and fried fish simmer for 7 mins and serve
