2 kgturkey pieces
3 clovesgarlic, minced
2 tbspvinegar
1onion, chopped
1red pepper, chopped
1carrot, peeled and chopped
2 tbspground chicken stock
3 tbsoil

Marinate turkey with minced garlic, chicken stock and vinegar

Steam in the pot on a medium heat until half done

Add diced onion, red pepper and carrot with oil. Continue to cook until completely cooked through.
