  • Beef
  • Rice vermicelli noodles
  • Fresh herbs and bean sprouts
  • Onion
  • Peanuts
  • Fish sauce, salt, and seasonings
  • Lime, garlic, chili

Steps

    Stir-fry the beef with ginger and garlic until cooked to your liking, then transfer to a plate.

  2. 2

    Peel and thinly slice the onion, then sauté until golden and set aside in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Roast the peanuts, crush them, and place in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Make the dipping sauce: Mix fish sauce and water in a 2:1 ratio. Add vinegar or lime juice (1 tablespoon), sugar, MSG, and a pinch of salt to taste. Add finely chopped chili and garlic.

  5. 5

    Once everything is ready, arrange in a bowl, add all the ingredients, toss well, and enjoy.
