Ingredients

  1. 1 litermilk (full cream milk)
  2. 25 gmsugar
  3. 1 cupmango pulp
  4. 50 gmkhoya
  5. 25 gmbasmati rice
  6. 1/4 tspcardamon powder
  7. 1 tbspPista
  8. 50 gmcashew nut
  9. 25 gmraisins
  10. 25 gmalmonds
  11. 1/4 cupchopped mango

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the rice for 30 mins.

    In a pan boil the milk. add soaked rice.and let it cook for some time. Keep stirring it in between.

    Check if rice is cooked till soft. Then add sugar, and cook till the sugar dissolves completely.

    Add Khoya, cardamon powder, cashew nut, raisins, almonds and pista.

    Boil for another 10 mins or the pudding become thick and creamy.

    Let the kheer cool completely and then add the mango pulp. mix it.

    Add chopped mango.

  8. 8

    Serve cold and garnish with dry fruits and chopped mango.
