Ingredients

  3. 1/2 cupChopped beans

  12. 1/4 cupMilk
  13. 1/4 cupWater

  16. 100 gmsbreadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions

    In a frying pan heat oil.

    Add chopped onions, beans, carrots, capsicums and saute.

    Next add minced chicken and saute them.

    Add salt, black pepper, soya sause, vinegar and let it dry.

    Chicken veggi Stuffing is ready.

    After that in a bowl mix one egg, milk, water, sugar, salt, flour and make a smooth batter.

    Heat a frying pan and brush it with oil.

    Pour one rice spoon of batter into pan and spread it with the help of the spoon and make a thin sheet.

    Likewise prepare all thin wrappers.

    Now take a quantity of stuffing on the sheet.

    Fold it and stick it with flour batter and rolls are ready.

    Next put them into a beaten egg and then coat them with breadcrumbs.

    Now deep fry them on medium flame.

    Chicken veggie spring rolls are now ready to be served.
