Ingredients

30 minutes
6 pieces
  1. 100mother yeast
  2. 100 grye flour
  3. 100 gwhole grain flour
  4. 50 gdurum wheat flour
  5. 50 gmodified cassava flour
  6. 100 gBrown cane sugar
  7. 1egg
  8. 50 mlolive oil
  9. 50 mlolio di cocco
  10. 3big spoon of plain yoghurt
  11. Pinchsalt
  12. Palm sugar
  13. Baking soda

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the flour, salt and baking soda

  2. 2

    Mix sugar with egg and stir strongly. Mix with yoghurt and oil untill all become one

  3. 3

    Mix the dry and wet ingredients. After all become nicely together, mix with mother yeast

  4. 4

    The dough should be a little bit wet. Leave it under the towel for 2 hours

  5. 5

    Prepare the round tray. take some of the dough, make it round and fill with palm sugar in the middle. Make a nice circle around the tray and let the center empty

  6. 6

    Put some oil above the dough and leave it under the towel for the next 3 hours

  7. 7

    Prepare the oven in 180-200 celcius degree. Cook around 30 minutes and it's done.. :)

love the natural products, no instant things, no preservatives and colour addition. less sugar better is.. but over all I LOVE TO COOK AND EAT..!!
