In Italy they call me pasticcione.. means I like to mix all ingredients even without rules.. and this what I do with this sweety little things called "roti sobek" in Indonesia..

In Italy they call me pasticcione.. means I like to mix all ingredients even without rules.. and this what I do with this sweety little things called "roti sobek" in Indonesia..
Cooking Instructions

Mix all the flour, salt and baking soda
- 2
Mix sugar with egg and stir strongly. Mix with yoghurt and oil untill all become one

Mix the dry and wet ingredients. After all become nicely together, mix with mother yeast

The dough should be a little bit wet. Leave it under the towel for 2 hours
- 5
Prepare the round tray. take some of the dough, make it round and fill with palm sugar in the middle. Make a nice circle around the tray and let the center empty

Put some oil above the dough and leave it under the towel for the next 3 hours
- 7
Prepare the oven in 180-200 celcius degree. Cook around 30 minutes and it's done.. :)
