Soak the dals separately overnight. Next day drain out the water completely. The dals should be completely dry

In a pan add oil fry curry leaves, green chillies, then garlic pieces an keep aside. Then in the same oil fry groundnuts an keep aside

Then fry the poha an keep aside. Then fry the dals one by one till crisp. Then keep it aside.

Then take a big pan add the fried curry leaves, green chillies, garlic, groundnuts,all the dals,then add the fried poha, salt,chat masala, black salt an mix well. Then pour it in a tight jar an close the lid
