Ingredients

  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. 2 tspcurd
  3. 2 tspsemolina
  4. Water for better
  5. 2 cupwater for chasni
  6. 1 cupsugar
  7. PinchElaichi powder
  8. Pinchyellow colour
  9. 1 tspbaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    First flour, semolina, curd, water all mix well

  2. 2

    Keep a side for 3 hour

  3. 3

    Add colour, baking soda.

  4. 4

    Add make jalebi with bottle and fry

  5. 5

    For sugar syrup... Water and sugar mix well...add ilachi powder cook 5 min

  6. 6

    Add jalebi in sugar syrup for 3 min

  7. 7

    Ready
