Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRiped Mango Plup – (2 medium size mango)
  2. 1 cupCurd
  3. 1/4 cupMilk
  4. 2 tbspPowdered Sugar (optional)
  5. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  6. 1/2 cupIce cubes
  7. For Garnishing :
  8. 1/2 cupMango Cube
  9. 3 tbspSliced Pistachios
  10. 4Sliced Cherries

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, peel and puree the mangoes.
    Now put mango puree, curd, milk, sugar, cardamon powder with ice cubes in a blender.
    Blend until creamy and smooth.
    Garnish with cube mangoes, sliced pistachios, and cherries. Serve chilled.
