Potato stuffed bread rolls

Steps

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.

When it splutters add green chillies.

Now add boiled and mashed Potatoes.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder chilli powder, and raw mango powder,and salt to taste.

Cook for few mins and let it cool.

Add coriander leaves.

Now in a bowl add water,salt,red chilli flakes.

Dip bread slice in it and squeeze it.

Put stuffing at centre and prepare rolls by keeping sides of bread over stuffing.

Give shape of rolls and let it chill in fridge for 10 mins.

Deep fry till golden

Serve hot.
