Heat oil and temper panch foron

Add ginger paste saute well

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Now add the cabbage saute along with jeera and red chilli Powder

Add tomato puree and saute well
- 6
Mix the green peas and cover it for a while
- 7
Finally add ghee,garam masala powder and sugar
- 8
Serve it with plain rice or chapati
