Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 ltr full cream milk
  2. 250 gmsboiled mashed sweet potato
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. 1 pinchCardamom powder half tsp
  5. 150 gmsKhoya
  6. 2 tbspRice flour ( mix in cold milk
  7. Avoid rice flour while fasting
  8. 50 gmAlmonds finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk add mashed potatoes

  2. 2

    Add sugar, cinnamon powder

  3. 3

    Mix rice flour in boiling milk and stir continuously, it start thickening, add khoya

  4. 4

    It starts giving a creamy texture

  5. 5

    Add a chopped dry fruits

  6. 6

    Switch off the flame, serve chilled.. specially in Earthen pots
