Ingredients

  • 150 gramlady's finger
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 teaspoonBengal five spices
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the lady's finger into cubes

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add the lady's finger stir fry

  4. 4

    Cover it till it become soft

  5. 5

    Add salt and turmeric powder and saute over high heat

  6. 6

    Add sugar and mix

  7. 7

    Serve it with plain rice and daal
