Steps

Tak a large mixing bowl, Add whole wheat flour and all ingredients or mix well.

Add warm water at a time and knead well to from a dough.

Divide the dough equal parts and roll out into small circles.
- 4
Heat oil in a kadhai, drop the poori in hot oil. keep frying till evenly brown from both sides.
- 5
Serve hot and warm with chole / pickle/ tomato sauce.
