Mughlai Egg Paratha

Take refined flour in a bowl, add salt to it and knead it in a soft dough as the dough for chapati and rest it for 15 min by covering it with a samp cloth.

After 15 min, knead it again and make it smooth.

Take 1 egg for 1 paratha. Crack the eggs in a bowl, beat the egg,add salt, black pepper, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilli and coriander leaves to it and mix it well.

Take a peda from the the dough. Roll it like a chapati.

Heat a pan, put chapati on the tawa, spread the egg batter in the center of paratha. Fold the paratha from all the four sides so that egg batter fill inside it.

Pour oil all around the paratha from the sides on the tawa and cook the paratha on low-medium flame from both the sides. Cut it in a triangle and serve it with green chutney and tomato sauce.
