Ingredients

  • 200 gmPanner cut in cubes
  • 1 cupShimla Mirch and Onion cuts in dice
  • to tasteSalt and black pepper
  • To tasteRed chilli powder
  • 2 tspGinger garlic green chily paste
  • 2 tspTomato sauce
  • 2tspGreen chilli sauce
  • 2 tspSoya sauce
  • 2 spoonCounflour or Maida
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp white til for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Marienate paneer with salt, black pepper, counflour, maida, half ginger garlic green chily paste for 15-20 mins

  2. 2

    Take one pan heat with oil deep fry the paneer

  3. 3

    In another pan put some oil put onion saute it add remaining ginger garlic green chilli paste thn add shimla mirch

  4. 4

    Add fried paneer all saus salt some black pepper and vinegar mix it properly

  5. 5

    Garnish it with white til....
