Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 250 gbeef stake
  2. 1tomatoe
  3. 3 pcsGarlic
  4. 1red chilli
  5. 1beef cube
  6. Mustard
  7. Soy sauce
  8. Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put your uncut stake on a cooking pan and one spoonful of butter.

  2. 2

    Let your meat brown under a lid and then let it cook in its own steam for some time.

  3. 3

    Take a tomatoe and make a cross cut at its top and boil it lightly.

  4. 4

    Peel off is skin and dice the tomatoe.

  5. 5

    Make a marination by putting 20ml of soysauce and 3 drops of mustard and a spoonful of sugar and 3-4 drops of hotsauce and then stir.

  6. 6

    Chop your 3 garlic pcs into into a cooking pan with butter or corn oil.

  7. 7

    Add your finely chopped onions and your beef seasoning. Shallow Fry them for 3 minutes.add the pepper.

  8. 8

    Cut your meat from the centre just shallow to make it exposed in the inside then pour in the mixture of your marination and the shallow fried garlic tomatoe.

  9. 9

    Double fry the beef and put it in the oven for and hour.
