Steps

Wash methi leaves and drain the water and chop it..

2.mix everthing flour+leaves+masalas+tomato+curd +oil and make a soft dough(curd helos to remove bitterness of methi leaves)

3.Take a orange size ball of dough and roll it little, apply ghee in between and fold both the side into middle and again folding the other two sides in middle...again roll it and again apply oil.now it is square shaped..bring all the four corners to the middle and again the rest corners to middle..(these steps r optional..i apply ghee twice for kids and once for us) roll and cook on tawa,applying a tsp ghee.

Serve heat with tempered raita..

Raita:-take curd in a bowl beat it nicely....take a pan put oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves and chopd capsicum and carrot saute and pour over the curd...
enjoy tasty parata with raita and achar
