Take two whole grain bread slices. Cut it in to round shape with the help of cookies cutter.

Make a heart shape with a cookie cutter on 1st bread slice.Put 1tbsp of tomato ketchup on the second bread slice.

Put the 1st bread slice over the second bread slice and put one tbsp tomato ketchup inside the heart shape. Put it in a plate with tomato and cucumber slices. And enjoy the breakfast.
