Ingredients

  • 1 Cupunpolished yellow Moong dal
  • 2small tomatoes diced
  • 1-1 eachGreen and Red Bell peppers (1 each) diced
  • 2Green chillies (As per choice) diced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbspGreen coriander (Finely Chopped)
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper powder as per choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the moong dal and cook in pressure cooker with 1 whistle.

  2. 2

    Once properly cooked, Take out all the extra water if any.

  3. 3

    Take it in a bowl, add sliced tomatoes, bell peppers, chillies, coriander, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.

  4. 4

    Mix with light hands and serve.

  5. 5

    Additional veggies and spices can be added as per the choice..
