Paneer gravy delight
Soft and succulent Paneer in thick creamy gravy.
Steps

Microwave/ boil - onion, tomatoes, ginger and garlic cloves. Cool and grind to a paste.

Heat oil, toss paneer pieces till lightly golden and soak them in warm water (added turmeric to water).

Add a little more oil in the same pan (if required), add tadka with zeera and saunf. Add ground paste, salt, fry till the oil separates.

Add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, sugar. Mix.
Add milk + water for the gravy. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or so till the gravy thickens..

Drain and Add paneer pieces, fresh cream. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Check salt. Add garam masala and give it a stir. Garnish with coriander.
** Always serve Paneer curry HOT! Otherwise the Paneer tends to be rubbery.
