Take a Kadhai, put on medium heat.

Add 1spoon ghee, let it melt.

After melting add Mustard Seeds, Long, chilli allow them to crackle.

Add onion and 1 minute senke.

Add Carrot and 1 minute senke.

Fir Peas, capsicum, potato ko daalen and halka senke.

Then add suji+ 1spn ghee and roast till the colour changes to light pink.

Add water, tomato, sugar, salt, kishmish, dryfruit powder, elaichi powder, lemon juice, mix it well.

Keep stirring until the water dries.

Jab upma kadhai chod de, it means it's ready.

Garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot.
