Flame on karein, 1 pan me thoda oil garam karein, usme thoda sa cumin seeds/jeera dalein or phir usme half portion of mashed potato dalein or ache se bhun lein phir usme thodi haldi, salt or garam masala powder dal kar ache se pakae or usey flame se utar lein

Phir usi pan me thoda sa oil garam karein, thoda sa jeera dalein or usme tomato, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder dal kar ache se pakae phir usme left portion of mashed potato dalein, acche se bhun kar paka lein or usey flame se utar lein.

1 bar phir usi pan me thoda oil garam karein or usme carrot ko vinegar ke sath bhun lein phir usey flame se hata kar 1 bar capsicum ko vinegar ke sath pakae or usi pan me onion ko green chilli or vinegar ke sath pakae

Phir wheat flour wale dough ki choti-choti puriyan bel lein or usme alag-alag taiyaar kiye stuffing dal kar packet ke shape me pack kar lein

Phir 1 pan me oil garam karein or 1-1 kar sare pockets ko fry karlein.

Fry karne ke baad usey diagonally kat kar sauce, cheese dip ya apne choice ke dip ke sath serve karein.
