This Chutney should be consumed as a dessert after lunch/dinner. One should use his/her fingers to consume it in order to get the basic essence of this recipe. My bet "ungli chat-te rahe jayoge."

This Chutney should be consumed as a dessert after lunch/dinner. One should use his/her fingers to consume it in order to get the basic essence of this recipe. My bet "ungli chat-te rahe jayoge."

Cut the mangoes in 4 along with the seeds. Do not remove the skin out of them. Boil them in water for 5-10 mins. Drain the water, leaving the mangoes. Take a kadhai, put oil and add the mastard seeds and then add the mangoes. Saute the contents for 2 mins. Then add salt, turmeric powder, and sugar. Again saute it for 2 mins. Add 2 cups of water. Stir the contents till the consistency is thick. Add the rosted masala (as explained above). Cool it for 2-3 hrs and then consume as a dessert.

If refrigerated, this will stay for a month even....
