Steps

Take strainer put poha in it and put water on it and strain out and keep it aside

Heat oil in a pan roast peanuts and take out in a plate now in the same oil add musty seeds when crackle add green chilli and curry leaves

On the other side take poha in a bowl mix salt and turmeric powder pinch of sugar and lemon juice

Now add into pan and stir very softly if need sprinkle little water add peanuts also

Now add coconut grated and stir lightly
- 6
Garnish with coriander leaves

Serve hot with tomato ketchup
