Ingredients

  • 1/2 tinmilkmaid
  • 100 gramsemolina
  • 50 gm maida
  • 50 grampaneer
  • 3 cupwater
  • Pinchbaking powder
  • 1-1/2 cupsugar
  • as neededDry fruits
  • As neededGhee for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Sugar syrup,, sugar cook with 2 cup water, till melted

  2. 2

    Malpua,,,in milkmaid add semolina,maida,1. CUp water, baking powder,,make bater,,keep 15 minutes for rest.ash paneer,and mix in bater

  3. 3

    In a frying pan out ghee a the 1tbs bater in it make mallika,,cook golden brown,both side

  4. 4

    And soake in sugar syrup 2,3 minutes, varnish with dryfruitz
