Dal Wali Jalebi

Jalebi, also known as zulbia, is a sweet popular food in some parts of South Asia, West Asia, North Africa, and Yeast Africa. It is made by deep-frying maida flour (plain flour or all-purpose flour) batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup. They are particularly popular in Iran and in the Indian subcontinent.
This dessert can be served warm or cold. They have a somewhat chewy texture with a crystallized sugary exterior coating. Citric acid or lime juice is sometimes added to the syrup, as well as rose water. Jalebi is eaten with curd or rabri (North India) along with optional other flavours such as kewra (scented water).

Blend the Urad Dal and Rice in a Blender by adding water to it.

Make sure this paste should not be too thick and not too thin.
Pour in a bowl, add rest of the ingredients. - 3
Now fill this paste in a piping bag (you can use soft plastic bag or cloth).

Cut it from the bottom and start frying jalebis.

Cook in Moderately hot Ghee. Cook till Bubbling Reduces.

Flip to cook till crisp.

Cook in Moderately hot Ghee.
Cook till Bubbling Reduces.
