Mix ghee in flour and rub with hand to attain bread crumbs texture.

Then add little water at a time to knead a soft dough.

Let it rest for 20 mins.

Now dry roast dry fruits.

In a pan cook mawa till it becomes as light pink in colour

Let mawa cool.

Then add powdered sugar, Cardamom powder and dry roasted dry fruits.

Now roll poori out of dough.

Place filling on half circle and fold it on semi circle.

Now pinch to prevent it opening while frying.

Heat oil or ghee on a deep karahi.

Fry it on medium heat.

Serve hot or cold
