Cut Bread in circle shape or any shape of your size.

Take pan. Add sugar and water. Make sugar syrup on flame. Then cool sugar syrup.

Take 2-3 bowl. Divide sugar syrup in this bowl. Mix colour in this bowl.

Deep Bread in this bowl. Remove extra water from Bread by pressing in hand.

Take one bowl mix khoya(mawa) or malai and sugar powder and Elaichi powder.

Spread this paste on coloured bread. Put another bread on it like sandwich.

Coat with dessicated coconut.
- 8
Decorate with Cherries.
