Ingredients

  1. 2 kgMilk
  2. 200 gRice
  3. 5White cardamom
  4. 650 gSugar
  5. 1-2 cupDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    First washed and dry rice on a cotton cloth or under a sunlight

  2. 2

    Now make a powder and keep. Side

  3. 3

    In a heavy bottom pot add milk and cardamom

  4. 4

    When its come to boil low the flame

  5. 5

    Now in a bowl make a paste of rice powder with water

  6. 6

    Now transfer this mixture into a milk and stir continuously

  7. 7

    When its become thick add dry fruits and stir

  8. 8

    Stir continuously now when its become more thick then add sugar and stir

  9. 9

    When sugar totally dissolve off the flame and serve

  10. 10

    Garnish with some dry fruits and serve chilled or hot
