Ingredients

4-5potato boiled and mashed
1/2 cuppaneer grated
1/4 cupboiled peas
1/4 cupboiled sweet corn
1/4 cupboiled carrots
1 tspchaat masala
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 tspfinnely chopped ginger
2 tbspChopped coriander
to tasteSalt
Cheese cubes cut into small pieces
1/2 cupSuji
Oil for cooking

Mix all the Ingredients together except Suji and cheese

Take small portion

Make a space in between with your thumb

Place cheese and roll between hands and make patties
5

Cover it with suji
6

Cook on a Tawa on low flame till golden brown
7

Serve hot with chutni or sauce
