Ingredients

3 servings
  • 3 cupsmakhana (Foxnuts)
  • 1/4 tbspkalimirch powder
  • 1/2 tbspred chilli powder optional
  • 1/4 tbsphaldi powder
  • 1 tbsp or as requiredChat masala
  • to tasteRock salt
  • 2-3 tbspdesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan add makhana and roast good 10 to 12 min..on a slow to medium flame till thay become crisps and crunchy. Keep on stirring between.

  2. 2

    Lastly add all the spices powder and salt. Stir whole mixture well.

  3. 3

    Switch off the flame and lastly sprinkle some chat masala and mixwell.

  4. 4

    Serve roasted makhana straightaway.

  5. 5

    Once cool store roasted makhana in an air tight container.
