Heat oil in a pan add makhana and roast good 10 to 12 min..on a slow to medium flame till thay become crisps and crunchy. Keep on stirring between.

Lastly add all the spices powder and salt. Stir whole mixture well.

Switch off the flame and lastly sprinkle some chat masala and mixwell.

Serve roasted makhana straightaway.

Once cool store roasted makhana in an air tight container.
