Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  • 3 cupsrice
  • 1large onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoonsoil
  • Sprinkle parsley
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1jug or litre of water

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry onion until soft

  2. 2

    Rinse rice and add to the onion pot and stir

  3. 3

    Then add water and salt

  4. 4

    Cook it on medium heat

  5. 5

    When cooked sprinkle with parsley
