Wash, peel and remove seed from mango and cut into half inch sized cubes. Wash, peel, core and cut into half inch sized cubes. Wash grapes and keep aside. Combine all fruits and refrigerate until the serving time.

Whisk the Yogurt preparing by hanging Curd for 3-4 hours.Add khus syrup.

Destalk and wash raisins, finely chop cashewnuts. In a bowl combine yogurt, powdered sugar, saffron and whisk until sugar is completely dissolved. Just before serving time mix in fruits and serve chilled garnished with raisins and cashewnuts.

It should be served very chilled.
