Ingredients

  1. 1 litreMilk
  2. as neededChopped nuts
  3. 1 tbspMelon seeds
  4. As neededTutti frutti
  5. 5Suji rusks
  6. 4-5 tablespoonsSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk. Continuously stir till it is reduced to half. Add sugar and stir. Boil more When it becomes thick switch off the flame. Allow to cool.

  2. 2

    Arrange rusks in a plate.

  3. 3

    Spread Rabdi over it. Rabdi is prepared by above method.

  4. 4

    Garnish with nuts and Tutti-frutti
