1 litreMilk
as neededChopped nuts
1 tbspMelon seeds
As neededTutti frutti
5Suji rusks
4-5 tablespoonsSugar

Steps

Boil milk. Continuously stir till it is reduced to half. Add sugar and stir. Boil more When it becomes thick switch off the flame. Allow to cool.

Arrange rusks in a plate.

Spread Rabdi over it. Rabdi is prepared by above method.

Garnish with nuts and Tutti-frutti
