Ingredients

  • 2Potatoes
  • 2tomatoes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspOil
  • Pinchhing
  • 1/2spoon cumin
  • 1/4red chilli
  • 1/4 grammasala
  • 1spoon coriander powder
  • 1/4kitchen king masala
  • SomeWater
  • For garnishingCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    First cut potatoes and wash well

  2. 2

    Cut tomatoes and make paste in mixer

  3. 3

    Take cooker add oil, hing, cumin and tomato puree

  4. 4

    Saute well

  5. 5

    Add all spices and mix well

  6. 6

    Add water and potatoes

  7. 7

    And take 3 whistles

  8. 8

    Garnish with coriander leaves
