Wash the chicken and potatoes in clean running water.Pat dry with a clean towel to drain off excess water.

Heat the oil in a deep heavy pan.When hot add in the thin potato slices and the piece of chicken.This will depend on the size of the deep heavy pan you will use.

Once the fries and all cooked and chicken is crunchy and well fried, remove from the oil using a metallic drainer and place on clean paper towels.

Blot out excess oil, sprinkle some salt and serve some cabbage salad in mayonnes and dig in😁😊.
