Slice yam, cut into desired shape and wash, sprinkle salt and secret spice and toss

Heat up canola oil and once it’s hot, fry yam till it’s cooked through and dry on the outside

Wash pepper and onions and pound inside a mortar; put pounded pepper and onion mix inside a pot and pour in palm oil
- 4
Heat the palm oil pepper mix for about a minute and remove from heat
- 5
Serve fries with palm oil pepper dip 😋
