Beetroot Schezwan Pulao
Steps

Dip the Basmati Rice- for half an hour.

Take Cooker put Desi Ghee heat it add jeera,black pepper, tej patta and laung crackle it.

Put chopped garlic add Onion saute for 2 minutes

Add salt, garam masala,dhaniya powder, kashmiri red chilli and kitchen king masala kasoori methi. Mix well.

Add chopped tomato and mutter saute for 2 minutes on low flame add sezwaan sauce mix add soya bean wadi and one tbspn.grated Beetroot add rice without water mix for 3 minutes

Add 2 cup water and give 2 whistle. Open cooker after release the whistle air. Put Beetroot pieces again close the cooker for 2 minutes.

Yummy Punjabi Beetroot sezwaan pullao is ready to eat.
