Ingredients

  • 1 CupBasmati Rice-
  • 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 1Beetroot
  • 1Tej patta
  • 1 tspnJeera-
  • 2clove
  • 10Boiled soya bean -
  • 1/2 CupFresh mutter
  • 1Onion-
  • 6 piecesChopped Garlic
  • 2 tspSchezwan sauce
  • 1Tomato Big
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 2 tspKashmiri Red Chilli
  • 4Black Pepper -
  • 2 tspKitchen King Masala-
  • 1 TspDry Kasoori Methi-

Steps

  1. 1

    Dip the Basmati Rice- for half an hour.

  2. 2

    Take Cooker put Desi Ghee heat it add jeera,black pepper, tej patta and laung crackle it.

  3. 3

    Put chopped garlic add Onion saute for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add salt, garam masala,dhaniya powder, kashmiri red chilli and kitchen king masala kasoori methi. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Add chopped tomato and mutter saute for 2 minutes on low flame add sezwaan sauce mix add soya bean wadi and one tbspn.grated Beetroot add rice without water mix for 3 minutes

  6. 6

    Add 2 cup water and give 2 whistle. Open cooker after release the whistle air. Put Beetroot pieces again close the cooker for 2 minutes.

    Yummy Punjabi Beetroot sezwaan pullao is ready to eat.
