Heat a kadai add oil, once heated add jeera and saunf to it add cut capsicum sprinkle little salt and cook till half done uncovered, then once it’s half cooked add the masala and salt and cook again with a sprinkle of water if it too dry. Then add roasted besan with a little oil and roast it till all the masala mix well. Once done switch off and serve with roti.
