Heat the oil in a pan add cumin seed and carom seed after crackle of seed add chopped onion fry till light brown then add chopped potato fry till half cooked in medium flame then add tomato and green chillies saute for 2-3 min in high flame

Then add chopped ladyfinger turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt

Mix it well stir fry till lady finger cook properly in high flame

I always cook ladyfinger 70-80 percent only

In High flame ladyfinger colour will remain green
