250 gmsTinde - (cut into desired shape)
1 tspJeera -
1/4 tspHing -
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspRed mirchi powder -
1/2 tspDhandia powder -
1/2 tspHaldi -
1 tspOil -
1 tbspMalai - (fresh cream)
as neededCoriander leaves to garnish

Heat oil put jeera and hing.

Add tinde and mix well.

Add all dry masalas and mix well.

Add malai and mix and cook for a min.

Add little water (1 cup) mix it and cook for 2 whistles.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with roti/rice.
