Ingredients

500 Gr
  • bahan selai :
  • 2buah nanas di parut, kalau ribet boleh di blender jgn terlalu halus
  • 4helai daun pandan
  • 1/2sdt vanilli
  • 100 grgula pasir
  • bahan cookies :
  • 60 grrumbutter
  • 190 grblue band
  • 50 grgula halus
  • 2 pcskuning telur
  • 450 grterigu segitiga biru
  • 50 grtepung maizena
  • pewarna makanan orange carrot
  • pewarna makanan hijau
  • 1sdt cocoa bubuk
  • cengkeh untuk tangkai nastar labu

Steps

60 menit
  1. 1

    Campur nanas parut, vanilla, gula, dan daun pandan masak menggunakan api kecil sampai airnya saat(texturenya seperti selai)

    Campur rumbutter, blue band, vanilli, gula halus dan telur campur saja menggunakan tangan lalu masukan tepung terigu dan maizena sampai kalis, jangan terlalu banyak di aduk nanti nastarnya menjadi keras.

    Lalu bagi adonan menjadi 4 bagian, orane carrot, hijau, coklat dan warna asli nastar.

    Lalu ambil adonan orange dan isi dengan selai nanas bulatkan dan beri garis menggunakan pisau untuk memberi bentuk labu dan beri adonan hijau di atasnya dan beri cengkih, lalu oven dengan suhu 160’C atau dengan api sedang selama 20 menit.

    Ambil adonan orange isi dengan selai nanas lalu bentuk lonjong dan beri hiasan mata, buntut dan garis badan menggunakan adonan coklat, dan beri sayap dengan adonan warna asli nastar. dan panggang selama 20 menit dengan suhu 160’C(api sedang)
