Ingredients

  1. 500 gmbhindi
  2. 4onion
  3. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 1 tspcoriander powder
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. as neededoil
  9. 1 tspamchor powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and dry bhindi.

  2. 2

    Cut into small pieces

  3. 3

    Onion cut into thin slices

  4. 4

    Heat oin in a wok add bhindi, saute till soft.

  5. 5

    Add onion and regular nasal.

  6. 6

    Cook till onion light brown.

  7. 7

    Add all amchoor powder

  8. 8

    Bhindi is ready to eat.
