Ingredients

30 minutes
2 serving
  • 1/2 kgliver
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 2onions
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbsoil
  • 1/2 tspmixed spices
  • 1 tbssoysauce
  • 2tomatoes

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the liver and cut into cubes.put in a bowl add some milk and let it soak for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    In a pot put oil then add onions let the onions cook until light brown.add garlic let it cook for 3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then add liver and stir let it cook until the liver turns brown.add black pepper,add salt then add tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Let it cook for 5 minutes.add mixed spices stir then add soy sauce

  5. 5

    Let it cook for 5 minutes.then remove from fire and serve.
