Gujarati simple fried rice
Steps

Take a pan, add butter for frying.

Put laving, taj patti, elaichi, dry red chilli, tamal patra and jeeru. Then a pinch of hing

Add finely chopped onions and paste.

Stir the above mixture until onion turns golden brown.

Add the bowl of mixed vegetables (readily boiled) and tomatoes.

Mix it thoroughly. Start adding regular masalas viz; haldi, salt, laal mirch, biryani masala and keep on stiring.

Finally add a bowl of boiled rice.

Now stir again with care. So that the tube won't break.

Take out in bowl and serve hot. Garnish it with kaju, kismiss, coriander
