Ingredients

10 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2big sized raw mango
  2. Oil
  3. Jeera
  4. Hing
  5. 1.5 tea spoondhaniya powder
  6. 1.5 tea spoonturmeric powder
  7. 2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  8. as neededCoarsely grinded saunf
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. to tasteGur as per taste
  11. as neededWater

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel raw mango and cut into small pieces

  2. 2

    Take oil in cooker, add jeera, hing put raw mango pieces

  3. 3

    Add dhaniya powder,salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well

  4. 4

    Put water and give 2 whistle

  5. 5

    Take out whistle add saunf and pieces of gur

  6. 6

    Mix well and let it cool for 10 minutes till Gur dissolves

  7. 7

    Launji ready to eat with Parantha kulche and, any food

  8. 8

    Store for long time
