Take a bowl and add gram flour, all purpose flour, salt, baking powder and red chilli powder to it and make a thin better. Beat this better for 2 mins regularly then add lemon juice to it and again beat it thoroughly.

Mix chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli and chopped coriander leaves in an another bowl.

Heat a pan/tawa on medium high flame and grease it with oil and pour the better on tawa and spread it nicely by shaking tawa.

Take some quantity of tomato onion mixture and spread it on the upper surface of omelette.

Serve with tomato sauce.
