Firstly peel papaya and then slice it.

Remove the stalk and skin from papaya.

For making tutti frutti cut papaya into small pieces.

Remove the inner soft part as well. Now make small pieces of the papaya.

Like wise cut whole papaya. Now blench the papaya pieces.

We have taken 3cup water and let it boil. Boil 3 minutes.

After 3minutes turn off the gas and keep them as it.Is in water for 5 minutes.

Take them out from water and strain the exccss water with help of a sieve.

We have blenched the papaya slices now we will cook them in sugar syrup.

Add sugar in a utensil.also add 2cup water in it.

Turn on the gas and cook until sugar gets dissolved in water completely.

When the sugar will melt completely and papaya pieces in sugar syrup.

Cook until sugar becomes thick.stir after every 5-6 minutes turn off the gas.

Add 2-3,drops of vanilla essence in the sugar syrup.

Divide the papaya pieces in four parts.

1-2pinch yellow,1-2 pinch red,1-2 pinch green colour in other utensil.

They need to be soaked in coloured sugar syrup as it is for around 12-24 hours.

After this the papaya pieces will be strained and dried in open air completely.

Tutti frutti is ready. Stor in container now.
